What you will do

• Estimate requests and develop point of view documents.
• Act as liaison to multiple business units focusing on warehousing, inventory, and transportation management.
• Define, design, and implement technical solutions meeting business requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future state processes aligned with project scope.
• Prepare user stories, technical designs, acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios.
• Support software development, integrated and functional testing, and post-go live hyper-care.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Zeeland, MI, United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum five years in IT environment.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics business processes, especially WMS and TMS.
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand database structures for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead small-to-medium projects.

Nice to have

• Functional and technical knowledge of Infor ERP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, or AWS.
