What you will do
- Lead architecture and roadmap development for Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Success platforms aligned with business strategy.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and impact analysis for technology and process changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams including BSA, configurators, and engineers.
- Build relationships with vendors and stay informed on industry initiatives to prioritize platform vision.
Requirements
- Must work EST hours and hybrid onsite within 45 miles of specified US cities
- 7-10+ years of related experience with technical or software engineering background.
- Experience with enterprise Service Cloud implementations and cloud-based customer experience solutions.
- Practical application of AI toolsets to business challenges.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API management, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
