TL;DR

Lead Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud): Lead modernization and re-platforming of hirify.global’s support infrastructure with an accent on architecture design, API integration, and scalable cloud solutions. Location: Remote with hybrid work required within 45 miles of Boston, Detroit, Denver, or Mountain View, working EST hours

Salary: $145,000 - $163,000

What you will do

  • Lead architecture and roadmap development for Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Success platforms aligned with business strategy.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and impact analysis for technology and process changes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, leadership, and subject matter experts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams including BSA, configurators, and engineers.
  • Build relationships with vendors and stay informed on industry initiatives to prioritize platform vision.

Requirements

  • Must work EST hours and hybrid onsite within 45 miles of specified US cities
  • 7-10+ years of related experience with technical or software engineering background.
  • Experience with enterprise Service Cloud implementations and cloud-based customer experience solutions.
  • Practical application of AI toolsets to business challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API management, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for influencing stakeholders.

  • Experience with Agentforce AI tools.
