What you will do

• Act as primary HR contact for employees and leaders across India, managing inquiries and concerns.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
• Ensure compliance with India labor laws and government regulations.
• Administer performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Partner with business and People & Culture teams to implement HR programs and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in India with 5+ years HR experience supporting hybrid workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as HR generalist managing sensitive workforce issues.
• Advanced knowledge of India labor laws and employment practices.
• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing HR processes from the ground up.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) and data analytics tools.
• Professional HR certification.
