What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize existing IT architectures for automation and AI integration.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows and chatbots.
• Develop cross-platform integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and middleware.
• Implement monitoring and incident response automation leveraging AI.
• Lead automation and AI innovation projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor IT staff on automation and AI.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Herzliya, Israel.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture and automation.
• Proven skills with APIs, Webhooks, and iPaaS platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato).
• Knowledge of advanced AI technologies including Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, MCP, and prompt engineering.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with IDP platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, Notion, Office 365.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance.
