Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Deep HR expertise across staffing, employee relations, and performance.
• Strong knowledge in employment laws; multi-jurisdiction experience preferred.
• Ability to influence decisions and navigate complex situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
