Team Lead Development (Fintech): Leading a skilled engineering team to design, build, run, and support products within the Trade Lifecycle division with an accent on technical ownership, team mentorship, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on architecting solutions, improving tools and processes, and delivering high-quality code in a modern tech stack including Java, Golang, and Python.

Location: Must work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead and foster a positive, collaborative engineering team culture
• Take technical ownership of products built and supported by the team
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to achieve goals
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Manage technical partnerships with internal and external vendors
• Participate in on-call support scheduling and execution

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Stockholm at least 3 days per week
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong development skills including architecture, design, and building software
• Excellent communication and business-minded, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working in software development teams and ownership traits
