TL;DR
Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Manage and grow a portfolio of EMEA enterprise SaaS accounts focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and retention. Focus on strategic account management, stakeholder engagement up to C-suite, and applying value-selling frameworks.
Location: Hybrid work with office in Ghent, Belgium and 2–3 days WFH

What you will do
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of EMEA enterprise accounts with multi-level stakeholder engagement up to C-suite
- Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell while reducing churn and maximizing retention
- Apply SPICED value-selling framework to connect business pain to measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Customer Acquisition, Product, Marketing, and Channel Sales teams to craft growth strategies
- Forecast accurately using Salesforce CRM and Gong insights
- Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes
Requirements
- Must have experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management with proven upsell, cross-sell, and retention impact
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Gong
- Strong negotiation, discovery, and business case development skills using SPICED/value selling
- Experience managing complex EMEA enterprise accounts including procurement, security, and legal
- Fluent English (B2+)

- Experience with consultative selling and strategic account planning
- Exposure to C-suite stakeholder engagement
