What you will do

• Develop and execute account plans to meet customer objectives using the hirify.global platform
• Lead resolution of critical customer incidents and ensure service quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to improve customer experience
• Drive internal service review meetings focused on performance and process improvements
• Provide best practices guidance to customers on hirify.global usage
• Maintain flexibility to work varied time frames as needed

Requirements

• Must have prior hirify.global experience and hirify.global Certified Administrator certification
• 7+ years in technical customer support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure
• Experience in SaaS, IaaS, or hybrid environments
• Knowledge of e-discovery industry and ITIL certification preferred
