What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and executives to drive strategic workforce and talent management plans.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and design workforce models to build capability.
• Provide executive coaching and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Support change initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with People COEs and Talent Acquisition to operationalize workforce and succession strategies.
• Use people data and analytics to develop insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
• Travel availability up to 20%.
• Preferred: 5+ years in change management or organizational development supporting technology teams.
