What you will do
- Act as a strategic people advisor to business leaders.
- Drive talent management and workforce strategies.
- Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments.
- Provide executive coaching and optimize leadership effectiveness.
- Utilize people data and analytics for strategic recommendations.
- Support change initiatives and partner with leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR in a client-facing role.
- Working knowledge of strategic workforce planning and talent management.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
