Salary: $136,000 - $210,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product roles including Product Managers, Product Leaders, and Technical Program Managers
- Partner with Product leadership to design scalable top-of-funnel recruiting strategies
- Craft outreach that reflects βs voice and mission
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact to final offer
- Track recruiting pipelines and progress using data and metrics
- Continuously improve interview processes and collaborate on recruiting projects
Requirements
- Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years focused on Product or Design recruiting
- Proven success in building pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Experience hiring technical talent at high-growth startups or leading tech companies
Nice to have
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines with strong communication
- Familiarity with βs products

- Experience with recruiting tools like Gem and Greenhouse
