Salary: $136,000 - $210,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product roles including Product Managers, Product Leaders, and Technical Program Managers
• Partner with Product leadership to design scalable top-of-funnel recruiting strategies
• Craft outreach that reflects hirify.global’s voice and mission
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to final offer
• Track recruiting pipelines and progress using data and metrics
• Continuously improve interview processes and collaborate on recruiting projects

Requirements

• Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States
• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years focused on Product or Design recruiting
• Proven success in building pipelines and sourcing strategies
• Experience hiring technical talent at high-growth startups or leading tech companies

Nice to have

• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with strong communication
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s products

• Experience with recruiting tools like Gem and Greenhouse
