What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Onboarding Specialists and Solution Consultants with a customer-centric culture.
- Define team strategy, goals, and metrics; monitor and report on performance.
- Own the end-to-end activation process for new customers ensuring fast and efficient onboarding.
- Oversee solution consultancy for prospects and customers, guiding technical workshops and defining architectures.
- Drive scalability by designing and implementing processes, templates, and tools for consistent high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing onboarding or solution consulting teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong customer-facing SaaS experience with a technical background including architecture discussions, APIs, integration, and automation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic and hands-on tasks.
- Structured mindset focused on building repeatable processes and operationalizing best practices.
- Hands-on leadership style with coaching and execution capabilities.
- Experience working with AI-enabled products or platforms.
