What you will do
- Motivate and support the development team to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively on objectives and progress.
- Support teams in defining and planning tasks.
- Manage dependencies and work priorities.
- Identify and resolve production blockers.
- Organize work for in-person and remote teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Production role.
- Knowledge of PC/Console video game production cycles.
- Mastery of production tools (JIRA, Confluence, Notion).
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Experience with narrative games is a plus.
