What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A leaders on people-related matters, aligning talent initiatives with business goals.
- Drive change management initiatives including communication strategies and organizational redesign.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams to deliver holistic talent strategies.
- Support leadership onboarding, coaching, and talent development programs.
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
- Leverage people data and workforce planning tools to support business agility.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience, including 2+ years supporting G&A teams.
- Experience working in high-growth, startup environments.
- Strong skills in organizational change, team scaling, and manager development.
- Proficiency in handling complex employee relations with discretion.
- Exceptional communication and data analysis skills.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with organizational design concepts and strategic communication program design.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.
