TL;DR

Salary: $144,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A leaders on people-related matters, aligning talent initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives including communication strategies and organizational redesign.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams to deliver holistic talent strategies.
  • Support leadership onboarding, coaching, and talent development programs.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
  • Leverage people data and workforce planning tools to support business agility.

Requirements

  • Must have 7+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience, including 2+ years supporting G&A teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth, startup environments.
  • Strong skills in organizational change, team scaling, and manager development.
  • Proficiency in handling complex employee relations with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication and data analysis skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with organizational design concepts and strategic communication program design.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.
