What you will do

• Own and optimize the operational framework for People Technology ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Manage day-to-day operations, escalations, and SLA-driven service levels.
• Partner with product teams to prioritize continuous improvement initiatives using agile delivery.
• Lead Workday reporting optimization and security automation.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex configuration issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system analysts fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience with deep Workday expertise.
• 3-5 years managing inclusive, high-performing HR technology teams.
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills with cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience building operational support models including ticketing, audits, and reporting.
• Strong process improvement and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
