What you will do

• Define and lead the product video strategy for launches and lifecycle education, owning narrative frameworks and creative direction.
• Oversee and execute high-impact video productions ensuring creative excellence and measurable business impact.
• Architect and evolve motion and video design systems with scalable standards and documentation.
• Direct live and screen capture shoots, providing creative direction and mentorship to producers and partners.
• Edit and polish videos, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance speed and quality.
• Develop and scale creative operations integrating AI, automation, and vendor ecosystems.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years experience in product video, motion design, filmmaking, or related roles in SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to define strategy, influence stakeholders, and scale creative systems.
• Hands-on mastery of Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Resolve, C4D/3D, or Figma animation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication skills, and cross-functional influence.
• Must be located in the United States due to employment eligibility and remote work location policies.
