What you will do

• Produce a high volume of user acquisition video advertising content
• Collaborate with production leads, creative producers, and marketing managers to develop effective video ads
• Create original and trend-inspired video ad concepts and transform them into 10-60 second creatives
• Suggest process improvements to optimize the creative pipeline and quality

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Helsinki, Finland
• Professional experience in video creative development and execution
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, including advanced plugins
• Extensive use of AI tools for video production
• Strong animation, design, and visual composition skills
• Understanding of the mobile game industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unity and gameplay footage capture
• 3D skills and understanding of 3D asset pipelines
• Adobe Illustrator and graphic design skills
• Familiarity with user acquisition and social ad platforms
• Experience supervising external designers and providing feedback
