What you will do

• Develop and execute high-volume video creatives for user acquisition advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with production leads, creative producers, and marketing managers to create video ads that meet performance goals
• Generate original ideas and adapt industry trends into 10-60 second ad creatives
• Suggest process improvements to optimize the creative pipeline and quality

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Helsinki, Finland
• Professional experience in video creative development and execution
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, including advanced plug-ins
• Experience using AI tools for video production
• Strong animation, design, and visual composition skills
• Understanding of the mobile game industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unity and gameplay footage capture
• 3D skills and understanding of 3D asset pipelines
• Adobe Illustrator and graphic design skills
• Familiarity with user acquisition and social ad platforms
• Experience supervising external designers and providing feedback
