What you will do

• Partner with HR and Finance to execute annual pay review processes aligned with fair pay philosophy.
• Maintain global compensation structures, salary ranges, and job catalogues to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage design and administration of equity-based compensation schemes like Stock Option Plans.
• Shape and optimize sales incentive programs and communication strategies.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor pay equity and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with presence in Vienna, Austria
• 4+ years experience in global compensation in tech or fast-paced international environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, research, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
