What you will do

• Support recruiting operations including scheduling interviews and updating ATS records
• Manage onboarding processes and prepare contracts and offer letters
• Coordinate documents, track PTO, holidays, and attendance
• Respond to employee and contractor questions and escalate when needed
• Assist with performance review cycles and support policy creation and rollouts
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and partner with payroll and external vendors

Requirements

• Location: Must support Bulgarian employees and collaborate across EU region
• 4+ years experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting
• Comfortable with HR/ATS tools such as Lever
• Excellent communication skills in English; Bulgarian language is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced global startup environment
