Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead high-level initiatives and collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
• Manage map and mission development from concept to launch
• Maintain game documentation and production schedules
• Identify problems, evaluate feature complexity and risk, and propose solutions
• Communicate effectively with department leads, external contractors, and partners
• Playtest and iterate based on feedback from studio, design, and art teams

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in the games industry
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, and scheduling tools
• Experience with project budgeting, risk analysis, and multiple project management methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate risks and mitigations effectively to teams and management

Nice to have

• Experience shipping at least one AAA title
• Experience working with remote studios and contractors
• Strong people skills to motivate and inspire creative talents
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
• Experience in cross-functional pod structures
