What you will do

  • Own and drive multiple major programs concurrently, prioritizing plans and moving tasks from backlog to execution aligned with customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate requirements, resources, and timelines across Engineering, Product, Support, Marketing, UX, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks and dependencies to senior leadership, driving mitigation strategies.
  • Manage programs related to product pricing and packaging changes, ensuring cross-team alignment.
  • Act as a team representative, coach, and mentor, sharing best practices and supporting growth.
  • Improve program management standards, tools, and practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in India, Bangalore
  • Approximately eight years of program management experience with a strong drive for self-ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex technical programs and escalate risks effectively.
  • Knowledge of business practices and ideally PMP certification or pursuit thereof.
  • English: Proficient (B2) required
