What you will do

• Conduct system-level testing to validate software functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering system requirements and features.
• Perform release verification using automated and manual testing techniques.
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry benchmarks.
• Analyze and report test outcomes to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Poland
• Proficiency with testing tools like Selenium and JMeter, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of system architecture, debugging, and performance assessment.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and various testing types including Functional, Regression, Smoke, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
