What you will do

• Own the planning and setup of in-game actions and promotions using required tools.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and game stakeholders to define promotion and event strategies.
• Work with Game Designers to improve live event design based on market trends and best practices.
• Champion tool improvements to enhance live operations efficiency.
• Define and coordinate in-game communication strategy with marketing and artists, including localization.
• Analyze and report on in-game actions to continuously improve against targets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Mid-Senior level experience in live operations or game monetization.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, marketing, and localization teams.
• Analytical skills to benchmark and improve live operations performance.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
