What you will do

• Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in sprint planning, milestone tracking, and risk/dependency management.
• Facilitate meetings such as standups, retrospectives, and program syncs with clear communication and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand architecture, data flows, and infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain program documentation and dashboards using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Must reside within a commutable distance to Costa Mesa, CA, United States
• 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering operations.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical delivery processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and basic knowledge of services like S3, EC2, or Lambda.
• Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data systems, APIs, or cloud-native application development.
• Interest in AI, data analytics, or DevOps technologies.
• Certifications such as CSM, CAPM, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
