What you will do

• Collaborate with the Artistic Director to define the artistic charter for VFX and lighting.
• Communicate artistic content and quality expectations to the team.
• Coordinate validation of produced elements to ensure alignment with artistic standards.
• Keep the Artistic Director informed of project progress and deliverables.
• Complete production tasks within your trade.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Toronto, Canada (hybrid model).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in artistic direction or related trade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Good artistic judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience across all game production phases is an asset.
• Skills in stress and change management.
