Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain partnerships with business unit leadership to support strategic financial priorities and operations.
• Define and own future-state business processes aligned with organizational goals and ERP methodology.
• Lead ERP initiatives and collaborate with corporate IT teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Translate business and manufacturing processes into system configuration requirements for ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of ERP integrations.
• Facilitate communication between IT, finance, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, ERP implementation, or enterprise systems integration in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and integrations with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
