Salary: $140,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Advance Smart Factory and Connected Product strategies to improve manufacturing and product lifecycle management.
- Implement AI and intelligent automation solutions within a secure framework to enable business growth.
- Partner with data and product teams to define data monetization processes and expand digital thread applications across enterprise systems.
- Promote Agile, collaborative environments and foster a digital-first culture among stakeholders.
- Define KPIs, manage change adoption, and lead risk mitigation for digital projects.
Requirements
- Must live local to Buffalo, NY area and work onsite/hybrid.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years experience in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, analytics, or automation, ideally in aerospace, defense, manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
- Knowledge of Smart Factory technologies, digital thread, PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, and enterprise systems integration.
- Familiarity with AI adoption, intelligent automation, governance, and security practices.
- Project management and/or Agile certifications preferred.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship provided.

- Experience with aerospace and defense industry regulations.
- Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and change management frameworks.
