What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution plans for prioritized healthcare and life sciences customers.
• Serve as the technical lead across all hirify.global products for assigned customers and use cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Product Engineering to accelerate product adoption and onboarding.
• Manage technical escalations and provide solutions for production and go-live issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans covering use case progression, enablement, product adoption, and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting and updates on customer health, usage, and risks to technical leadership.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI domains.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala programming.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, business analysis, and resolving complex escalations.
