What you will do

  • Own delivery and results of SCADA and PPC solutions across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Lead and develop Team Leads, supporting resource planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Drive operational excellence and foster collaboration across regions to harmonize standards and practices.
  • Manage client escalations and represent the section in key client interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and contribute to strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on financial and operational KPIs using tools like Power BI.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain
  • Proven experience leading complex teams through Team Leads or Managers.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
