What you will do

• Deliver effective, interactive training sessions both in-person and remotely for internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with content developers and product teams to create and improve training materials and e-learning content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations tailored to learners.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain solid knowledge of Oasis Gaming Systems and related technical concepts like networking and virtualization.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the training department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, IT, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical or product training, preferably in gaming or technology industries.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Learning Management Systems, and system administration basics.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for training sessions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and able to secure gaming licenses including Nevada Gaming Control Board enrollment.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, MCT, CCNA, or VCP.
• Experience with Casino Management Systems or CRMs.
