What you will do

• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
• Design and develop scalable learning programs across multiple formats including virtual sessions, on-demand modules, and gamified experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create cohesive learning paths.
• Define success metrics and develop assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
• Lead projects independently managing timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing learning solutions in technology, healthcare, edtech, or related industries.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with diverse delivery environments including live virtual, coaching, blended, and on-demand learning.

• Strong visual design and engagement strategy skills.
• Experience leveraging metadata and taxonomy for content personalization.
