What you will do
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
- Design and develop scalable learning programs across multiple formats including virtual sessions, on-demand modules, and gamified experiences.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create cohesive learning paths.
- Define success metrics and develop assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Lead projects independently managing timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience designing learning solutions in technology, healthcare, edtech, or related industries.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with diverse delivery environments including live virtual, coaching, blended, and on-demand learning.
Nice to have
- Strong visual design and engagement strategy skills.
- Experience leveraging metadata and taxonomy for content personalization.
