Position: Deputy Director of Training
Company: INSO
Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Type: Fixed Term / Full-time, On site
Salary: €6400/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global training strategy design and implementation
- Ensure compliance with Training Service Delivery Standards
- Develop innovative training projects (digital, mobile learning)
- Oversee course and curriculum development
- Represent INSO with partners and stakeholders
- Mentor and support Training Managers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish or Arabic a plus
- 5+ years in learning design and adult education
- Experienced in Training of Trainers (ToT) design and facilitation
- Strong program and team management skills
- Willingness to travel, including insecure areas
Benefits:
- Renewable full-time contract
- 8% vacation pay
- 2.5 days annual leave per month
