What you will do

• Develop new features within a modular architecture and migrate legacy code.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams from discovery to delivery.
• Mentor developers through pair programming and code reviews.

Requirements

• Work location: Remote from anywhere in Switzerland or onsite in Sankt Gallen
• Experience with backend engineering using PHP8+, GraphQL, REST, and MySQL.
• Comfortable with frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
• Strong coding practices including unit testing, TDD, and DDD.
• Fluent English proficiency.
