Hi! We’re TripleTen — an award-winning coding bootcamp helping people from all backgrounds launch careers in tech. We're looking for a CRM Lead to transform our CRM from basic campaigns into a data-driven growth engine.
 
 You'll establish data-driven CRM processes, run hypothesis-driven experiments across email, SMS, and chat-bots, implement AI-powered automation tools, and create clear connections between CRM activities and business metrics like CAC and conversion rates.

- Remote and full-time position. Option to work from our U.S. office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, our European office in Belgrade, or fully remote from home.

⚙️ What you will do:
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing conversion funnels, reducing CAC through targeted campaigns, and improving lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Build comprehensive CRM analytics dashboards, work closely with Analytics and Design teams, and create SOWs for complex data analysis projects.
- Identify and implement AI-powered CRM tools for automated A/B testing, personalization, and content optimization.
- Develop a systematic hypothesis testing framework and execute experiments across email, SMS, chat-bots, push notifications, and AI-powered calls.
- Lead and manage your CRM specialist, while collaborating with Growth and Analytics teams to plan experiments, coordinate test distribution, and implement successful results into regular CRM operations.
- Calculate and report incremental sales from CRM activities, providing regular updates to leadership on test results and business decisions.

💪 You are expected to have:
- 5+ years of CRM marketing experience with large user databases (100K+) in e-commerce, SaaS, Fintech, or other high-volume industries.
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, and report creation.
- Experience with HubSpot (our current CRM).
- Strong hypothesis formation skills and A/B testing methodology understanding, including test representativeness and experimental design logic.
- Ability to segment user bases, calculate cohorts, and make forecasts by segments using statistical analysis.
- Experience implementing AI/automation in CRM processes for analytics, conversion optimization, and user engagement.
- Ability to work across multiple channels: email marketing, chat-bots, SMS, AI calling tools, push notifications.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to provide SOWs to technical teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, as you'll initially be working with the US market and American colleagues.

- Experience with multiple enterprise CRM platforms beyond HubSpot
- Background specifically in EdTech or subscription-based business models
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for CRM automation
- Previous experience leading CRM teams or managing junior specialists
