What you will do

  • Lead institutional business development strategy and execution across the UK and EMEA/MENA.
  • Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, banks, and trading firms.
  • Serve as key relationship manager for top-tier clients post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and with regulatory stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to optimize client experience and regional strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based onsite in London, UK
  • Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in asset management or banking.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystem and digital asset markets.
  • Strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and EMEA.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage and scale client portfolios while meeting performance goals.
