What you will do
- Lead institutional business development strategy and execution across the UK and EMEA/MENA.
 - Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, banks, and trading firms.
 - Serve as key relationship manager for top-tier clients post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and growth.
 - Represent the company at industry events and with regulatory stakeholders.
 - Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to optimize client experience and regional strategies.
 - Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap.
 
Requirements
- Location: Must be based onsite in London, UK
 - Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in asset management or banking.
 - Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystem and digital asset markets.
 - Strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and EMEA.
 - Fluency in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
 - Ability to manage and scale client portfolios while meeting performance goals.
