• Achieve regional OKRs and KPIs to drive growth and market leadership.
• Accelerate time-to-market for high-value regional opportunities.
• Align commercial priorities with product development to guide innovation.
• Build scalable, repeatable regional playbooks based on local market intelligence.

Requirements

• Must have 14+ years of experience in business development and go-to-market expansion.
• Proven leadership in multi-market organizations with strong stakeholder and regulatory engagement skills.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments while enabling innovation.
• Strong cultural intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams across regions.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.
• Location: Based in Brazil or Latin America region.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth fintech, blockchain, or payments companies in Latin America.
• Track record building operational frameworks in Web3 or crypto markets.
• Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
