• Analyze player behavior and metrics to develop targeted engagement strategies.
• Proactively resolve player concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Proven experience in customer-focused roles, preferably in iGaming or online gaming.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Discord, and CRM systems is a plus.
