What you will do

• Analyze traffic sources and affiliates by cohort, geography, device, and channel to identify performance trends.
• Monitor payback periods, retention curves, and profitability to distinguish scalable versus unprofitable traffic.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile marketing spend with player value and contribute to P&L reviews.
• Build frameworks to assess traffic quality and detect anomalies or potential fraud.
• Work with Data Science on LTV and churn prediction models, defining features and validating outcomes.
• Develop dashboards visualizing acquisition KPIs, traffic cost efficiency, and ROI trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics focused on traffic or marketing performance
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data exploration and cohort analysis
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic attribution, and ROI metrics
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business actions
• Curiosity, persistence, and strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming
• Familiarity with traffic structures like affiliate, media buying, SEO, PPC
• Knowledge of ETL/DWH concepts and financial analytics
