Level Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: Riga, Latvia; full-time office position, 09:00–18:00

Salary: €1,600–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Create engaging spaces that strengthen gameplay mechanics.
• Tune encounters, puzzles, collisions, and other game mechanics.
• Build relationships between gameplay elements and visual environments with the Art team.
• Collaborate with programmers on new tools and systems.
• Create visually appealing level environments and coherent gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in level design or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data management and Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain abstract concepts to team members.
• Knowledge of mobile, console, and PC games.
• Good command of Latvian and English is required for documentation, tool use, and communication with team members and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Unity engine.
• A portfolio of mobile game titles.
