What you will do

• Lead the full Revenue and Sales Finance process, including forecasting and performance analysis.
• Own frameworks connecting long-term revenue strategy with execution.
• Build partnerships with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Sales.
• Create systemized reporting and forecasting processes.
• Design compensation and incentive plans that scale globally.
• Present forecasts and insights to the C-suite.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Strategy or Sales Finance in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis in SQL and Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and commercial skills.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analysis.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
