What you will do

• Lead and develop best-practice production methodologies across the studio.
• Oversee project management and production disciplines within the team.
• Mentor the Production staff and advocate for the end customer.
• Collaborate with various teams for resource planning and operational priorities.
• Manage staffing and budgeting aligned with strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years in gaming or entertainment production, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience producing all major game phases and shipping at least one game.
• Strong understanding of game development technologies.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
