What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, software development, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Lead business review activities and provide reports to key executives.
  • Align customer business processes with product capabilities and manage conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work in Chicago, Seattle, Englewood, or Houston, USA.
  • 5+ years experience in customer success roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones with a globally dispersed team.
  • Experience interfacing between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Experience in airline maintenance operations and aviation concepts.
  • Fluency in multiple languages and international business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
