What you will do
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, software development, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, and drive recurring revenue growth.
- Lead business review activities and provide reports to key executives.
- Align customer business processes with product capabilities and manage conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work in Chicago, Seattle, Englewood, or Houston, USA.
- 5+ years experience in customer success roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across time zones with a globally dispersed team.
- Experience interfacing between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
Nice to have
- 7+ years experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Experience in airline maintenance operations and aviation concepts.
- Fluency in multiple languages and international business experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
