What you will do

  • Lead SAP sales team to meet revenue, margin, and pipeline goals.
  • Drive strategic SAP opportunities and act as lead salesperson on key pursuits.
  • Execute go-to-market strategy for SAP services including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and managed services.
  • Coach and mentor Business Development Executives on sales strategies and deal closure.
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities and ensure quality proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain senior relationships with SAP and hyperscaler partners to support joint initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in SAP services or enterprise technology sales with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million-euro sales quotas.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and data & analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in C-level engagements.
  • Collaborative mindset to align cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing sales across multiple European markets.
  • Background with SAP Platinum or Gold partners.
  • Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI-enabled SAP innovations.
  • Advanced SAP or Cloud Partner sales certifications.
