What you will do
- Lead SAP sales team to meet revenue, margin, and pipeline goals.
- Drive strategic SAP opportunities and act as lead salesperson on key pursuits.
- Execute go-to-market strategy for SAP services including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and managed services.
- Coach and mentor Business Development Executives on sales strategies and deal closure.
- Coordinate pre-sales activities and ensure quality proposals and presentations.
- Maintain senior relationships with SAP and hyperscaler partners to support joint initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have experience in SAP services or enterprise technology sales with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-euro sales quotas.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and data & analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in C-level engagements.
- Collaborative mindset to align cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience managing sales across multiple European markets.
- Background with SAP Platinum or Gold partners.
- Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI-enabled SAP innovations.
- Advanced SAP or Cloud Partner sales certifications.
