What you will do

• Lead paid search strategy and execution for QuickBooks LATAM and Mailchimp Canada & LATAM SEM campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, and optimizations to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with agencies, platform partners, and internal cross-functional teams to drive best practices and testing roadmaps.
• Mentor team members to achieve performance KPIs and troubleshoot campaigns.
• Audit and update data pipelines with Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure data quality.
• Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Toronto office 3 days per week
• 6+ years of professional marketing experience with paid search campaign management.
• Experience with SEM/PLA bid management platforms and keyword research tools.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Tableau.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Agency and client experience preferred.
