Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international recruiting.
• Strong ability to assess talent and familiarity with interview formats.
• Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
• Strategic partner with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
