What you will do

• Identify sales opportunities and perform up-selling and cross-selling within assigned small business portfolios
• Manage merchant account retention and handle account changes and setups
• Lead integration projects and assist with equipment setups
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution for customer inquiries and issues
• Maintain high retention ratios through strong negotiation and relationship skills

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French
• 1-2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a similar industry
• High school diploma
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
