Short Summary:
Telgorithm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The role requires independence, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
- Onboard independently and familiarize with Telgorithm’s business goals and product.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Resolve production issues and enhance system performance.
- Model complex domain rules and write maintainable, testable code.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
- Hands-on experience in web services development with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL databases, and message brokers.
- Deep understanding of asynchronous and parallel programming, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Russian is required.
