Salary: $153,800–$211,400

What you will do

• Drive product portfolio evolution to meet AEC industry needs through market research and customer collaboration
• Lead and manage a team of product managers, setting clear goals and responsibilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, sales, and marketing teams to align product vision and delivery
• Define and prioritize product backlog, features, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor industry trends and adjust product direction accordingly
• Communicate strategic roadmaps and priorities at the executive level

Requirements

• Must be US-based or able to work remotely within the US
• Experience leading product managers and complex cross-functional projects
• Proven ability to define and align product vision with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with B2B SaaS product delivery, preferably in design, VDC, or construction collaboration
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences and Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to conduct customer interviews and lead discovery initiatives

Nice to have

• Experience in the AEC industry or related software domains
• Background in strategic product planning and roadmap curation
