Corporate Development Deal Lead

TL;DR

Corporate Development Deal Lead (Product Management): Drive inorganic growth strategy by sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing acquisitions and strategic partnerships with an accent on AI capabilities, EX and CX product expansion, and operational efficiency. Focus on building business cases, financial modeling, deal execution, and integration management.

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA with in-office presence required three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary: $189,900–$273,010 USD annually

What you will do

• Support end-to-end transaction process from idea to business case, deal execution, and integration.
• Identify and qualify acquisition targets and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams and liaise with target company management and advisors.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Prepare presentations for executives and deal committees.
• Maintain transaction pipeline and evaluate synergies and risks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA with hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence three days per week
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or product management in Technology/SaaS.
• Proven track record leading and executing M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
